How do you expand your understanding of what you can do? You give yourself an ambitious challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What would you like to do, or be, to have, or experience, that you never thought you could do? You’ll never know for sure unless you give it a shot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you’ve made the commitment and are underway, your assumption is likely to change. Maybe you’ll get all the way there, maybe only part of the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yet it’s almost certain that you’ll make at least some amount of progress. And that’s a whole lot better than doing nothing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
