Every moment you spend thinking about the bad stuff pushes
\nthat much more of the good stuff away. That’s certainly not
\nwhat you want.<\/p>\n

Every time you complain, you create more to complain about.
\nEvery time you feel sorry for yourself, you give yourself
\neven more reasons to feel sorry.<\/p>\n

Life does not throw negative things your way. Life throws
\nall sorts of varied and diverse things your way, and you
\noften choose to interpret them negatively.<\/p>\n

What if you could choose differently? The fact is, you
\nalways can.<\/p>\n

Life can be extremely difficult. But that doesn’t mean you
\nhave to see it, and think of it, and live it that way.<\/p>\n

No matter how overwhelming the bad stuff may seem to be,
\nfocus on the good stuff, on the love and joy and positive
\npossibilities. And wherever your attention consistently
\ngoes, your life will quickly follow.<\/p>\n
