Joy does not come from the way life is. Joy comes from the
\nway you choose to see, embrace and live life as it is.<\/p>\n

Circumstances will change from moment to moment, from day to
\nday. Yet whatever the circumstances may be, you will always
\nhave the possibility for joy and fulfillment.<\/p>\n

Instead of holding on in vain to the fleeting realities in
\nwhich you once experienced joy, put new joy into the reality
\nthat is now. Every new moment is a new opportunity for joy.<\/p>\n

Joy does not last, nor does it end. It comes to life again
\nand again in every new moment.<\/p>\n

You must let go of the setting sun in order to experience
\nthe joy of the next dawning day. Let go, and let the new joy
\ncome into your life.<\/p>\n

Give joy now to what is. Give joy, always, and it will
\nalways come to be.<\/p>\n
