Life can wear you down, or life can lift you up. It all
\ndepends on how you choose to see it and live it.<\/p>\n

The primary component of weariness is not age or infirmity
\nor circumstance. It is attitude.<\/p>\n

The main ingredient of enthusiasm is not youth or comfort or
\ngood fortune. It is your attitude, based on your awareness.<\/p>\n

What do you look for, think about, focus on and expect? That
\nis what you will experience.<\/p>\n

Focus the bulk of your awareness not on transient
\ntrivialities, but on what truly matters to you, to your
\ndreams, and to your values. Pay much less attention to the
\nfears and frustrations, and much more attention to the
\npositive possibilities and opportunities.<\/p>\n

Sincerely see life as beautiful and fulfilling, and you will
\nmake life beautiful and fulfilling. Your awareness has
\nawesome power, so use it wisely and lovingly.<\/p>\n
