\nbecause anything less is just cheating yourself.<\/p>\n

Spend this day being a unique and enthusiastic expression of
\nlife’s goodness. See how much of a positive difference you
\ncan make, and experience what a genuine, positive feeling
\nyou get from doing so.<\/p>\n

Seek to add richness to the lives of others and be delighted
\nat how much richness it brings into your own life. Do
\nsomething good and useful just because it is the right thing
\nto do, and discover how right it feels.<\/p>\n

Let go of the tiresome fight to gain advantage, and direct
\nyour energy toward appreciating and creating goodness. Move
\nbeyond the need to prove yourself and focus instead on
\nimproving all of life.<\/p>\n

Give more and more of your own unique goodness to those
\naround you, to the world, and to life. And feel the
\noutstanding richness as it grows increasingly abundant for
