Give power to the goodness in your life by giving your
\ngratitude, your attention and your efforts to it. Distance
\nyourself from the negativity that comes your way by letting
\ngo of your attachment to it as quickly as you can.<\/p>\n

Though there will always be negative influences in your
\nlife, you don’t have to let them negatively influence your
\nthoughts. Give the energy of your thoughts and attention to
\nthose good influences that move you forward.<\/p>\n

Spend your time focusing on whatever lifts you up, and you
\nwon’t waste your days hiding from what brings you down.
\nGenerously and genuinely give joy, and you’ll keep much of
\nthe sadness away.<\/p>\n

Remind yourself often of how good life can be. Then live in
\na way that gives authentic goodness more prominence in your
\nlife from moment to moment.<\/p>\n

Consider all the abundance that flows through your world
\neach day. Commit yourself, again and again, to transforming
\nthat abundance into meaningful, positive value.<\/p>\n

Right now, within your reach, there is real, authentic,
\nfulfilling goodness to be lived. Do yourself and your whole
\nworld a big favor, and make that goodness a big part of your
\nlife.<\/p>\n
