Give nourishment

GiveNourishment

Every part of life requires regular nourishment. If anything
in your life seems to be going downhill, it is probably not
receiving enough good, solid nourishment and positive
attention.

You cannot eat one big meal and expect it to last for a
week. Not only physical, but also mental and spiritual
nourishment must come in continuing portions to support a
healthy, fulfilling life.

Nourishment must also be of good quality in order to be
beneficial. Just as you can’t expect to live well on junk
food, you can’t expect to live a good life in a mentally or
spiritually toxic environment.

Nourish your mind, nourish your body and nourish your spirit
with quality substance. All that you do on a
moment-by-moment basis combines to influence the way your
life unfolds.

Every experience, every situation, every tick of the clock
is an opportunity to nourish some part of your life. As you
go through each day, keep that in mind, and provide your
life with good, positive nourishment all along the way.

Good nourishment makes what is good, better, and what is
strong, stronger. Give good nourishment to your life, your
values, your thoughts and your dreams, and enjoy as it all
grows richer, brighter and stronger.

Imagine

imagine

Imagine that
+++++++++++++++++++

Imagine that life is what you think of it. What would you
think?

Imagine that anything is possible to achieve. What would you
achieve?

Imagine that there are no limitations. How would you find
fulfillment?

Imagine that you can see the immense value hidden in every
challenge. How diligently would you work to bring that value
to life?

Imagine that the future is yours to create in whatever way
you wish. What way do you wish?

Imagine all the possibilities that are here right now. What
will you do with them?

Going with what you feel
+++++++++++++++++++

Sometimes what you’re about to do just feels right, in a way
you are sure of but cannot explain. Pay attention to that
feeling, for in it is wisdom accumulated through all your
experience.

Other times, what you’re doing feels wrong, not for any
particular reason but just because. That is an almost
certain indication it is not right for you.

Reason and logic provide valuable guidance and reliably lead
to magnificent achievements. Sometimes, though, it is best
to step back from the purely reasonable and go with what you
feel.

The best person to know when that is appropriate is you. At
some level, you know how authentic, how honest, and how well
advised your feelings are.

Though you may not even realize it, you are highly skilled
at recognizing patterns. And many times you can feel those
patterns much more clearly than you can articulate them.

Go forward based on objective reality, on reason and logic,
on the facts available to you, but don’t go against your
feelings. Go with what feels right, and make use of the
wisdom within you that grows more profound with every
experience.

Don’t blame

blame

Don’t blame your situation. Accept it, deal with it,
transcend it and create something more positive.

Don’t blame anyone else. Embrace responsibility, and put
yourself in position to make a difference.

When you look for someone or something to blame, you have to
look backwards. You’re much better off looking at the way
forward.

Raise everyone’s expectations by moving beyond the question
of blame. Look for ways to make progress instead of ways to
make excuses.

You now have an opportunity to do something positive. Rather
than blaming someone, you can benefit everyone.

Put your energy where it will do the most good. Make the
smart choice to leave the blame behind as you lead your
whole world forward.
