New joy

Joy does not come from the way life is. Joy comes from the
way you choose to see, embrace and live life as it is.

Circumstances will change from moment to moment, from day to
day. Yet whatever the circumstances may be, you will always
have the possibility for joy and fulfillment.

Instead of holding on in vain to the fleeting realities in
which you once experienced joy, put new joy into the reality
that is now. Every new moment is a new opportunity for joy.

Joy does not last, nor does it end. It comes to life again
and again in every new moment.

You must let go of the setting sun in order to experience
the joy of the next dawning day. Let go, and let the new joy
come into your life.

Give joy now to what is. Give joy, always, and it will
always come to be.

Make life fun

Instead of looking for reasons to complain, look for ways to
laugh. If you run out of things to do, try smiling.

Have fun, laugh out loud, figure out what you enjoy the most
and get yourself involved in doing it. Challenge yourself to
put more fun into whatever you’re doing.

Do you want to be encouraged, motivated, inspired,
enthusiastic and full of energy? Then spend your time doing
what you enjoy and enjoying what you do.

It’s not really that difficult to transform a dismal,
frustrating, disappointing day into a delightful one. Just
stop focusing so much on the bad stuff and make the choice
to make life fun.

No, it’s not irresponsible or disrespectful to have fun.
What’s truly irresponsible is to go through life with your
joy buried so deep that nobody ever benefits from it.

So go ahead, let the joy flow out from you as you give your
energy and awareness to what really matters. Make life great
by making life fun.

Great possibilities

You will see what you want to see. So what do you want to
see?

You will experience what you expect to experience. So what
exactly are your expectations?

Reality is the way it is. Yet the reality of your life
depends on the way you filter and interpret and respond to
what is.

When you sincerely expect life to be rich, beautiful and
fulfilling, you will absolutely find a way to live it as
such. When you truly seek to see and experience life at its
best, that’s what you’ll end up doing.

No, you can’t magically make things appear just by expecting
them to do so. What you can do, however, is open yourself to
the great possibilities and realities that most certainly
are already here.

Life’s great possibilities are here now for you to fulfill.
Expect them, open yourself to them, see them and live them
fully.

The most fun

Those who get the most done are those who have the most fun.
Those who work at the highest level of effectiveness are
those who genuinely enjoy what they’re doing.

Having fun doesn’t mean being useless or irresponsible or
lacking in focus. Having fun means having a positive,
playful, curious and enthusiastic attitude about whatever
you’re doing.

If you must get it done, then get it done while having fun.
Put fun into it, and you’ll get much more out of it.

Fighting against yourself, against the effort, and against
the situation does not achieve anything of value. Instead,
allow yourself to enjoy the experience.

As long as you’re doing it anyway, make it fun. Truly enjoy
and treasure your work, your life, your responsibilities and
your circumstances, and make the very best of them.

There are countless ways to have fun when you make the
choice to do it. So go ahead, have a whole lot of real,
genuine fun, and you’ll get a whole lot more done.
