Have Fun!

fun

The most fun
+++++++++++++++++++

Those who get the most done are those who have the most fun.
Those who work at the highest level of effectiveness are
those who genuinely enjoy what they’re doing.

Having fun doesn’t mean being useless or irresponsible or
lacking in focus. Having fun means having a positive,
playful, curious and enthusiastic attitude about whatever
you’re doing.

If you must get it done, then get it done while having fun.
Put fun into it, and you’ll get much more out of it.

Fighting against yourself, against the effort, and against
the situation does not achieve anything of value. Instead,
allow yourself to enjoy the experience.

As long as you’re doing it anyway, make it fun. Truly enjoy
and treasure your work, your life, your responsibilities and
your circumstances, and make the very best of them.

There are countless ways to have fun when you make the
choice to do it. So go ahead, have a whole lot of real,
genuine fun, and you’ll get a whole lot more done.

Don’t limit yourself by what has already been done. You can
do so very much more.

Don’t get too caught up in making judgments about what might
or might not work. Put your authentic effort and creativity
out there, and you’ll find out soon enough what works and
what doesn’t.

Safely following the crowd is not the strategy of a leader.
The way to achieve what’s never been achieved is to do
what’s never been done.

You are not a job title or a demographic data point or a
technique or a college degree. You are a brilliant, shining,
powerful focal point of life itself.

You are a genuine, one-of-a-kind original. So think like it,
act like it, feel like it and live like it.

In this brand new moment bring a brand new, beautiful world
into existence. Make it outstanding, make it an original,
and make it your very best.

The Good Stuff

GoodStuff

The good stuff
+++++++++++++++++++

Every moment you spend thinking about the bad stuff pushes
that much more of the good stuff away. That’s certainly not
what you want.

Every time you complain, you create more to complain about.
Every time you feel sorry for yourself, you give yourself
even more reasons to feel sorry.

Life does not throw negative things your way. Life throws
all sorts of varied and diverse things your way, and you
often choose to interpret them negatively.

What if you could choose differently? The fact is, you
always can.

Life can be extremely difficult. But that doesn’t mean you
have to see it, and think of it, and live it that way.

No matter how overwhelming the bad stuff may seem to be,
focus on the good stuff, on the love and joy and positive
possibilities. And wherever your attention consistently
goes, your life will quickly follow.

“What doesn’t kill me makes me stronger,” …

breakTime

Encouraging break
+++++++++++++++++++

When life has repeatedly dragged you down, that’s a great
time to remind yourself of how beautiful and joyful life can
be. When it feels like you can’t catch a break, that’s a
great time to give yourself a positive, encouraging break.

Sure, you’ve had a rough spell, and guess what? You’ve made
it through.

Now is your opportunity to keep going. It won’t be easy, and
yet it may very well turn out to be the best thing that’s
ever happened to you.

Every difficult day makes you stronger. Every challenge you
work through makes you that much more capable of working
through even bigger and more rewarding challenges.

There is joy to be found in all of life, even in the painful
times. There is goodness to be created in every situation,
especially the difficult and trying ones.

Life can be tough, and yet you can always be stronger. Make
the choice to take it in stride, and make the decision to be
even better than you were before.
